Rowlinks are a more powerful version of a VLOOKUP. Instead of returning a single value, a rowlink returns an entire row of data. They're great for referencing and connecting tables.
Picklists are dropdown menus of rowlinks. You can use them in your tables and your apps. Picklists make for an intuitive experience by limiting the user selection to just the data you want.
