Other Teams Settings & Actions

Adding a workbook

When you create a new workbook, you can choose to associate it with one of your teams. If you don’t select a team, Honeycode automatically associates the workbook with the team that was auto-created for you upon account sign-up.

For more details on working with teams, see our Adding Team Members article.

Renaming a team

If you are a team admin, you can rename your team by clicking on the ellipses menu in the Teams panel and selecting Rename.

Deleting a team

If you are a team admin, you can delete a team by clicking on the ellipses menu in the Teams panel and selecting Delete. Deleting a team will also delete its associated workbooks and apps.

:warning: If you only have one team, deleting that team will not only delete all associated workbooks and apps, it will disable use of Honeycode features. You will not be able to create a new team or use the Honeycode app builder. To keep your workbooks and apps active, ensure at least one owner is assigned.

Leave a team

Select the team you want to leave from the Teams panel on the left. On the Teams page, you’ll see an ellipses menu to the right of the Role column. Click on the ellipses and select Leave.

:warning: Warning If you choose to leave a team where you are the only admin, the entire team and all of its workbooks and apps will be deleted, too. To keep the team and its assets, simply assign another teammate to the admin role.

:lock: Security note: If you terminate your Honeycode account, your team will still have access to content you shared with others, including invitation related records or any administrative content.
