Add an item for every row in a table

I have a table with rows. Each row represents a place. I want to create a card with the information about the place that is stored in the row. How is this done?

Here is how you can add a table to a new screen:

Step 1: Select Insert and then select Screen.

Step 2: Select the table you wish to display.

Step 3: Customize the fields you would like to show from the table.
