Allow linking tables between workbooks
This would allow, in my situation, a "global customer table" that I could use across multiple workbooks.
I cannot currently use my customer table from another workbook as a picklist in another.
Hi @Justin_Filip, thanks for your suggestion here! 
For this, we recommend creating multiple tables in the same workbook, which would allow components of all apps in that workbook to reference the same data and tables.
You can also share apps only with particular users rather than the entire workbook (they would only see the data within the app shared, not the underlying tables).

Aha, I see the apps I make can show up independently of the workbook they are a member of on the home screen. Not immediately obvious but this is sufficient, thank you for guiding me in this direction.
