I'm wondering how long it takes for new user creation/group creation using AWS SSO to sync the users/groups to honeycode. In my experience it takes a few hours. I'm wondering if this is by design or has something to do with our setup.

What you're experiencing is expected; As noted in the SSO setup documentation, domains or changes in group membership (in AWS SSO) may take up to 4 hours to be reflected in Honeycode.
