Create Workbook from Automation

I'm trying to find a way to generate a new Workbook (or duplicate an existing, acting as a template) via Automation. The idea is, our app has a form you fill out that sets some parameters to add a new Row to an existing workbook. That line contains a unique identifier that would ideally become the name (or part of the name) of a Workbook that should be generated at the same time the form is saved.

This doesn't appear to be possible, but would love to know if I'm missing something!

Nice idea ; however I think basic features / functionality should work properly initially then advance features. I would like to add here even based of domain HoneyCode can suggest few templates.
