Customizing the "display text" in Picklist not working

Hi,
I am trying to customize the display of a Picklist but the changes do not get persisted. I want to show two columns but when I click "Apply" the customization is not persisted. It remains with the default that is the first column.

When I click again in the Format for the column I see that the changes are not there and only the column "Nombre" is shown in the display text textbox (which is the default).

I assume this is a bug, is it known? Is there any workaround?
