Do all users of the App need to be Team Members?

Hi Community!

I'm Day 1 playing with Honeycode!

I have looked at the Event Management template and it looks great. To start learning, I'd like to try re-purposing this template to help manage my community sport team (I am one of those crazy dragon boat racers).

However, I don't know how to "deploy" that type of application to the members of my club so they can use it. It seems that if I need to share the app, everyone needs to be a "Team Member"? Is that the case? If so then it seems I would need to have licenses for everyone in my club, which becomes prohibitive in our not-for-profit environment!

Regarding your question, yes, the sharing model today is that everyone that you would like to collaborate with must be a member of the Team. And if you go beyond the 20 user Basic plan, then you'll have to upgrade to Plus or Pro. Upgrading Your Team Plan
