Is there a way to add new picklist items to a table if they dont exist? In the example below the "New Item" isnt in the picklist referenced table so I would like to add it once I click done. Is the only option to add a button to create new items?

I understand the request, and I think it would be an excellent feature to have. Currently the item needs to be added to the table before it can be selected from the picklist. Rest assured I will share your feedback with our product team.
