I tried to create a list with filter on the app buldier but the option would not show anymore. Is this feature active?

Nice to see you here again! 
The Filter and Sort features have been updated, now allowing users to add or remove user controls to filter or sort a list.
If you'd like to enable filter or sort in a list, select a list in Builder and click on the Display tab in the properties. Here you can select which columns to filter or sort by.
You can also write your own Filter formula for the list in the source (under the Data tab), if you prefer that instead.
