We’re excited to announce the release of three new templates! Are you interested in polling your team? How about managing a recruitment process? Or a way to manage a team brainstorm while working remotely? We’ve got you covered—see below for all of the details.
Templates Overview:
- Instant Polls: With the Instant Polls template you can quickly create polls for you and your team to vote on. You can ask any question you'd like, add options to choose from, and share the app with your team to collect their votes.
- Applicant Tracker: If you're looking for an app to help manage your recruiting process, you've come to the right place. The Applicant Tracker template comes with two apps: The Jobs app is designed for both recruiters and hiring managers, and the Interviews app for interviewers.
- Collaborative Brainstorming: The Collaborative Brainstorming template provides your team the platform to get creative with new ideas. You or a teammate can start the process by asking a question through the app. Once a question is asked, you and your team can add an idea (i.e. an answer) to it. There's also built-in voting functionality to determine a winning idea.
To access these templates, click on the blue ‘Create workbook’ button from My Drive in the upper right-hand corner > Instant Polls, Applicant Tracker, or Collaborative Brainstorming.
