How do I launch the application so that others can use it?
Click on the teams button in the bottom left of your screen:
Then click on the team name.
The on the next screen, click on this button in the top right:
They will then get an invite to log in and use it.
@JunM-c6f2, @Adam is correct! You can invite members in the Teams tab. I've dropped in an article that describes all of the steps for your convenience I encourage you to explore our Knowledge Center for more help articles, too.
Only team admins can invite people to a team. Teams can have multiple admins, so if you’d like your teammates to be able to invite others, you can set any team member’s role to “Admin” in the Teams page.
In the Teams page, go to Add team member in the upper right corner.
In the invite modal, enter email addresses of people you’d like to invite to your team.
By default, their role will be set to “team member,” but you can change roles (optional).
