How to bind app and website

How can I bind my app and website part together. Earlier I was able to see the sync between the two. But I removed that option which was showing on the app tab. But since then i am not able to see that option again there and I want to bind both app and website together.

Can you pls suggest?

Welcome to the community, @Arji-e38d! Unfortunately, once you unlink your mobile and web apps, you cannot link them again. We had another user who was in a similar situation: How to re-link mobile and web view?
