Duplicate a Workbook

Duplicating a workbook creates a new copy of the workbook. Any apps and data associated with the original workbook will also be duplicated.

Any new data or changes made on the original workbook has no impact on the new duplicated workbook.

:hammer_and_wrench: Builder's tip: Access is not transferred from the original workbook and apps to the new, duplicated copy of the workbook, apps and data. You will need to share the new copy of the workbook and apps if you want to give your team access.

Steps

  1. From your Dashboard, click the workbook's ellipsis.

  2. Click Duplicate. The new copy of the workbook and apps will populate at the top of the list in your Dashboard.
