I am trying to build video tutorial app for my organization and planning to stream videos from the url.

You are able to navigate to external links that are in your Honeycode app (you can add a link to a content box in Builder, and users can click the link in the app to navigate to the source).

However, if you are looking for a different functionality, could you share more around what you're specifically looking to do in Honeycode? i.e. are you looking to embed videos?
