I know there is limit of rows for workbook, but is there limit for automations? for each plan?

Honeycode pricing tiers do not include limits on automations or expressions; you can see what each tier includes here: Pricing & Billing FAQs

Each workbook has a 20,000 expression limit, which you would see a notification for if reached.

As you create automations and expressions, we recommend these best practices to help write efficient formulas and minimize the amount of expressions: Best Practices for Optimizing Performance

"and 20,000 expressions" means configurations of expressions and formulas, but no executions? isn't it?

The expression limit is for any workbook (regardless of which pricing tier you are on).

And correct; there is no limit on executions of the expressions or formulas.
