Is there a way to add documents to Honeycode App

Is there a way to add a PDF or word document to the honeycode app or to program the app to retrieve a document from the cloud and display it when a link is clicked? Also, is there any way to enable a search feature to search through the text in the app

There's not currently a way to upload PDFs or word documents to the app, however there is a search function. Here is a post explaining how to implement it in the classic experience:

Is there a way to link a database of documents in someway? Like if the documents were stored in another location

Do you mind telling us more about your use case and where your documents are stored currently? Integrations could be a starting point, but if you provide some more context we could look to see if that would apply to what you're trying to achieve.

We previously had it stored on a google drive account but are moving away from google. Essentially we're attempting to have an appt that would be a repository of information that can be accessed by everyone in our organization. The text from the documents cannot be pasted, it has to be in the same format as was provided to us due to the fact that they're essentially corporate policy documents.
