Issue uploading CSV to existing table

Hi everyone!

I keep getting an issue when I try to upload a new CSV file to an existing table in HoneyCode. It pick the columns that I want to align and then it gives me an 'upload error' every single time. Anyone experience this issue before? Thanks!

Thanks for sharing what you bumped into; is this happening with all files or just a particular file you're attempting to import?

If it's the particular file, you can try to re-save your file (select CSV UTF-8 as the file format), then try to import the new CSV.

If the error persists, please submit an issue report to us. After you see the error, click on the Help icon > "Report an issue." This provides logs to us, which help us better see what may be going on.
