Good morning, how can I show the elements of a column that has repeated data in list form, only showing the element once, as shown in the image.

Here's an example data model which filters unique values: Filter Unique Values - #3 by Alyssa
With a model as shown in the example linked, you can create a list in an app from the table with the unique values and their count (in your case, perhaps a People table).
