It would be good if this message was less invasive please Honeycode team! 
It can be persistent - and blocks the buttons at the top of the screen. Perhaps a smaller icon popup, which links to more info on connectivity and what it means for saving changes and syncing with the server would be best.

I'll note too that if you're seeing connectivity issues and that notification often, you can submit an issue report to us in Honeycode. That would be an important issue to clear up, as you need to be connected to a network to ensure that any changes in Honeycode are properly saved.
