New to Honeycode, can't sync with my Team

Hi, I received an invitation to join Honeycode via a link but I can't seem to get the page where I am able to retrieve new File references.

Please Advise.

Thank you for your question and welcome to the community.

I have a couple of questions to understand the issue:

  • Have you received an invite email?
  • Did you click on the link in the email to accept the invitation?
  • Are you accessing the application directly through the provided link by the team owner?

thank you for your reply, i did as above but i think it was because i used the exact similar email to create an account myself and then probably the link didnt work as well when i receive as an invite. Is it possible to delete my account on record and i will then ask to send the invite again?

Thank you for your response.

Is it correct that you sent an email invitation to the team owner's email address? If the answer is yes, the email address is already a member and cannot be added twice.

I suggest that you try logging in with the team owner's email and sending an invite to another email address.
