We're an NPO supporting foreign students. There are a number of volunteer teachers, possibly entering student attendance and lesson data into their own individual workbooks. Some of the data will be imported into a different workbook which summarizes some of that information, and is used by only a few top-level administrators. (This is all hypothetical at this point.)
