Pricing for education institutions

Hi, I would like to create an app for my alma mater high school. We expect 40-50 teachers & staff to use it for basic student record management. Based on this the pricing seems quite steep already. We would like to open it up for parents too for a read-only version.

What's the most cost-effective way to go about this?
