Is there a way to programmatically retrieve workbookID, appID, and screenID other than right-click and manually copy and paste each ID in the Honeycode app?

Thank you for posting and welcome to the community! 
Currently the copy and paste method is the way to find the IDs, but what I will do is bring this request to our product team as we are continuing to improve the product and experience. To help us understand the request, would you be able to provide more detail on your use case, if it is blocking anything, and any other relevant details?
Once I gather some more details on your use case, I’ll include your feedback in a feature request for our product team to consider. Also, if anything else comes up as you build, please don't hesitate to let us know!
