- What’s your feature request? On the List screen, allow sorting by more than one column.
- What’s the problem that you’re looking to solve? It is often necessary to sort large data sets by more than a single attribute. Currently, in the new experience the user can select only a single column for sorting.
- How are you/is your team currently blocked? Sorting is not being done properly without using a very unfriendly workaround. The workaround is to create a new column that concatenates the two or more columns to be sorted and use that column as the sort column. However, this is not easy for users that have no programming experience (which is the Honeycode target audience). This type of workaround can also produce incorrect results depending on the data that is stored in the concatenated columns.
