Table change to sheet

I have a problem,
Tables changed to sheet. Anyone can help how to change back the sheets to table ?

Thank you for reaching out.

Once you go to the tables section, you'll see an icon for a table. By clicking that icon, you can switch between tables and sheets view. Check out the following:

Hi thank you so much. but I cannot see the option.
when I click on table, it creates a table inside the sheet.
And I am not able to find it under my table list
