My team are using the Timeoff app and we have noticed that when an employee checks their history of submitted requests, they also have visibility of their co-workers requests in addition to their own. How can I stop this from happening?

To personalize the list to only display the employee's time off requests, you can use the personalization feature: Personalize App Views.
For this particular app, click on the list of time-off requests, and in the properties panel, personalize the list based on the employee column:
Now when they view that list, they will only see the time-off requests that they have submitted.
