Update multiple existing rows with some inputs in a row entry

I am creating a goal assignment app for managers in my organization to use. My app works great but now I need to create an "assign for all" button.
The point of reference will be the Manager (A contact)
What this button will do;
If a manager goes in to update goals for employees in their team using the "assign for all" button, specific goals will be automatically updated as most employees across the team have the same goals most of the time.

How do I go about this automation?

If you are using the new experience, you can create an update record automation by following these steps:

1. Select the button you created
2. Under Actions click into the menu next to the button name
3. Add step Update Record

If you are using the classic experience, please follow these steps.

1. Select your button
2. Click into the Actions tab
3. Click Edit Automations
4. Select the Update Row function
