We have successfully set up our Honeycode app using this shared account from which this post is being made, but are unable to create an account with our individual company emails.
It has been 24 hours but none of us have received a confirmation email, and there is no email filter of any kind set up on our email servers. (We have checked our junk inboxes as well)
Is there a problem with Honeycode's account creation servers at the moment, by any chance?

Since it sounds like this is only with your company emails, you may want to check if there any VPN and Firewall rules set up that may prevent communications from Honeycode.
If you're still having issues with creating accounts after checking your settings, please submit an issue report to us in Honeycode by clicking on the Help icon > "Report an issue."
