We miss the workbook name in the dashboard!

We have multiple workbooks that contain apps with the same name. With the updated dashboard, we no longer see the workbook name, which is making things very confusing for us!

How can we see the workbook name in the new dashboard?

Our team is working on an update to improve how the apps and workbooks are listed in the Honeycode Dashboard. Please stay tuned, as this update will be implemented shortly.

Hi @Michael_W_SCR  :honeybee:

Just following up here, as last week we implemented an update to the Honeycode Dashboard, which updated how the apps and workbooks are listed. (For your particular ask, the workbook names are now listed with the apps.)

Let us know what you think and if you have any other questions or feedback for us. Thank you!

This change helps a lot. Thanks!

Yes. This was a jarring change with no "return to old dashboard" option. Some projects are "Workbook Centric" and not "App Centric", so both should be listed. Also a big issue for backups when the entire project is copied, it creates duplicates with the same name and no fast way to update the name and distinguish a newly updated workbook from an old one that both are connected to the same App name. It also effects the date/time for each item in the Dashboard, as it only reflects App changes and not workbook changes. All of this can result in deleting the wrong version that's tied to a workbook that's still needed.

Hi @NoCodeEnterprise, welcome to the community!

Thank you for your feedback and letting us know how the updates impacted your flows; those are all important notes for us to take a look at. I'm passing this along to our team to see how we can further improve the service.

Let us know if you have any other thoughts that come up as well. :honey_pot: :honeybee:
