I'm a little confused on the difference between table and sheets, when i'm entering a formula and start typing status I see the following options, so far i've been selecting the sheet option but really don't know the difference between the two.

In earlier builds of Honeycode, there was a difference, but that doesn't really exist any longer. This labeling likely hasn't been updated to reflect the fact that now tables and sheets are the same thing.
