My workbooks keep on getting deleted suddenly.
I don't have any team members, so it is not an external personal deleting these workbooks.
Could I get a form of recovery?
And also why does this issue keep on happening?

We've received your issue report regarding this as well, which our team is investigating for any issue.
I'll note that when you create an app for your workbook, it will no longer be listed on your dashboard
independently (workbooks are only listed if there are no apps created for it yet). If that be the case, you will be able to access the workbook by editing the app you've created.
