Workshop: Amazon Connect + Honeycode: Change a phone message from Honeycode directly in Amazon Connect
Changing Emergency or Marketing messages in a call flow can be daunting and dangerous. It’s not something you'd want an analyst or even a manager to do directly in the Amazon Connect interface. They’ll need advanced training, and what if they accidentally break the call flow? Ideally, a simple app would allow them to make live certain messages, and create and approve new ones. That’s where an integration between Honeycode + Amazon Connect would be helpful; the written messages in Honeycode are pushed to Amazon Connect where they're spoken to the callers.
In this workshop, we'll show how easy it is to push pre-created messages from Honeycode directly to Amazon Connect, with no technical training at all. What if a Manager wants to create a new message? Or your business requires approval of new messages? We'll show the ease of creating custom tools in Honeycode to meet your specific business needs.
