Cannot Add New Teammates

Good afternoon. Complete newbie here. Just trying out the platform. trying to add team member. I send the email link to a person that has a honeycomb account. And I get this message after clicking accept invitation.

Uh-oh! To accept a team invite, the email address used for the invite and your Honeycode account must match..

Any Idea what that is?


It is possible that the email used to send the invite is not the same email the person used to create their Honeycode account. To ensure that the invite link works, please send it to the person's registered Honeycode email account.

Unfortunately no that didn't work. I'll keep trying. Thanks
