Would be good to have the option of numerical date formats used widely across the globe, such as DD/MM/YYYY and not just the USA format of MM/DD/YYYY please!

Definitely need this. It doesn't help to be insular and inward looking in this age. Please make this customisable, or at the very least, adopt the ISO standard.
