Users can't log in to the app

Hi everyone, since yesterday, users can't log in to the app. What to do? And everything was paid for and there were no changes!

Hi @anon99902972, sorry to hear your are experiencing login problems. Could you provide a bit more detail around what's happening? Any particular errors? Is this just you or a team? etc.

I found the reason. One person has disappeared from the list of app users. So he didn't have access to the app.
The problem is solved. But why it disappeared from the list is not clear.

Hi @anon99902972, glad to hear the issue has been resolved. It's hard to say at this point what may have caused the person to drop from the access list, but please keep an eye on this and let us know if it happens again.

Besides that, hope the app building journey is going well. Keep us posted on the things you may build!
